2 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
2.1. At SOHO by Maria, we are committed to providing quality craftsmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, subject to the eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy.
2.2. Customers must initiate return or exchange requests within 7 calendar days of receiving their order. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and accessories intact.
2.3. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration or improper handling may not qualify for standard returns or exchanges.
2.4. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and provide supporting photographs and order details.
2.5. All returned products are subject to inspection before a return, exchange, store credit or refund is approved.
2.6. Return shipping charges for standard change-of-mind or size-related returns are the customer’s responsibility. Where a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to SOHO by Maria is verified, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed by the brand.

8.5. Damage resulting from improper care or normal wear and tear will not ordinarily qualify as a manufacturing defect under our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy.
